A Very HAPPY New Year....

So this is the last day for 2010....wow did this year go quick or what!!!  In the past 3 months I haven't been around here as much as I would of liked and definately haven't scrapped as much as I would of liked either....I have all these gorgeous new products but haven't had the motivation or time to create for myself.  Anyway I have a good reason for this and here it is......................................

Bump #3
We will be expecting our 3rd little precious in June 2011!!!  I am coming up 17 weeks this weekend and yes, I really am this big already.......lol......bear in mind I am onto #3 and I am only 156cm tall so it really doesn't have anywhere to go but out!!  I have been extremely tired, weak and sicker this time round and even now I still feel "off" every now and then.  Most mornings I feel faint and can't do too much for the first few hours.....making the boys breakky is a struggle without having to sit down.  So, in 3 weeks time we get to find out babies sex....I am convinced it is another boy, I just can't imagine them saying anything different.....I already have 2 perfect boys so why not another!!  I am sure this will be our last baby, I have been so stressed this time round and we also had a scare at the start...but all seems well and we are all so excited:)

I just wanted to wish everyone a wonderful, happy and safe 2011.  My heart is going out to all those families in the region who are effected by all the flooding.  It is so devastating watching the news and seeing all this footage and seeing towns isolated and being evacuated.  Mother Nature can be cruel sometimes......

Thank you so much to all of you who have left me special comments throughout the year, every single one of them mean the world to me and they make me want to come back and share more with you:)  Thank you also to those of you who just come for a visit, I hope I do inspire you in one way or another.  So here's to 2011......it's going to be fun creating for a new little subject.
Love to you all and enjoy your celebrations tonight.....I dare say I will be asleep well before midnight...lol!!!

ps - I will be back soon with a post of my fave layouts for 2010

Merry Christmas xo

Just wanted to a quick post before Santa arrives tonight!!!  I made this mini album for mum of some of the Christmas photos I took of the family.  I also had to create a project using Such Sweet Tierney Buttons....so they are scattered through out the album:)  I have also come to the conclusion that I am NOT and off the page type of girl....lol!!!  If you get lost in this album don't stress, so do I.....I think my style is not made for making such mini things!!!  Anyway, I got it done and Mum loves it all the same.

Palette #38 at the Color Room.  I almost didn't do this one but then thought I may not be able to get the next 2 done with being so busy.  I love the way this turned out and I would never in a million years have used these colours:):)

I have also used Purple Onion Design stamps again....the numbers (up to 8 as we have been married 8 years this February) and the mask.

I will leave you with another pic of my Cooper.  We are all so excited for tomorrow, hopefully the rain might steer clear and we can have a fun day hanging by the pool:)

I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and hope that Santa finds you tonight xo

Scrappiness to share......

My first 2 layouts for the My Little Bit Of Whimsy DT are now up over on the blog....but I thought I would share them here aswell:)
Using Clouds, Cupcake pin, flower button and a mushroom button....

"Sweet Cheeks"

Second one of my boys, a very happy, cute and fun layout to make with Whimsy cuties.......Birdie pin, Froggy pin and lady bug.

"Chilling Out"

This is my layout for this weeks palette in The Color Room.  #37 very pretty, very feminine, very pastel (very different to the last 2 hey?)

"Giggly Bubble Fun"

The Color Room was sponsored this month by Purple Onion Stamps.  I have used the Butterflies out of the Brocante set on here, painted and stamped onto transperency then cut out and bent the wings up.

So what is everyone up to this weekend??  We have a busy one catching up with friends before Christmas.  I am sure there will be loads of swimming as it is sooo hot here atm.  I am hoping to get the last of the Christmas shopping done in the morning.....Cooper has asked Santa for a fishing rod so we have to go find a wee little one of them for him.....that shall be cute!  It's my birthday next week and our friends have just had a little baby and my bestie is coming over on boxing day with her family for 2 weeks.......so very busy here the next couple of weeks.  I am sure I will be back with more shares soon though.

Have a great weekend and thankyou so much for visiting me here, I really appreciate all of your beautiful comments......xo

The color room + Xmas shoot

The Color Room #35.......I nearly didn't do this one once again but that is the amazing thing about these palettes, they really get you out of your comfort zone.  I think my main struggle with them all is that I always like to use alot of different colours (not just 4).......anyway I do love the way this one turned out.  I was actually going to take photos of it as I went to show the process but I just couldn't picture it in the end and opted not to.....I wish I had!  Oh well, hopefully do another step by step soon:)

"Sand"

Loads of Chip Chop Shop in here (Boat, button and Chippie beach hut negative)  aswell as a MLBOW bee....cute:)  I also used up the Sass Submarine feltie I have had for ages!!

I also used KI Memories transperency which I think I have had for about 3 or so years......

Now, some of my fave Chrissy shots from the little shoot I did the other day of the boys.  Now, I just don't know what it is about this beautiful boy but he just takes the most perfect photos......he has got this pose down pat and we are now trying to teach his brother to be photogenic too...lol!!!! Oh yeah, Cooper still thinks he's a reindeer not an Elf!!

My sweet little pixie faced Elf.....

And just a few of the 2 of them together:)

Not much happening here this weekend, it's rainy again!  The boys cubby house is finished and poppy has even decorated it for them in Christmas decorations.....they just love it!!  I will post some pics of it soon, it's pretty cool, I wish I had one when I was a kid!!  I am hoping to get some scrapping done this afternoon, I am hoping the mojo is coming back, I just can't get motivated....aargggh!!

Have a fantastic rest of the weekend.
